A little preparation can help — but you do not need a script

Choose a quiet, comfortable place and allow time before and after the session. Keep water nearby, gather a few meaningful photographs if they help, and write down two or three stories you would not want to forget.

For remote recordings

Use a laptop, tablet or phone with a reliable internet connection, a charged battery and a quiet room. Headphones can improve audio. We will explain the technical steps in advance and can arrange a short check.

Your private preparation space

Account holders can answer guided prompts, save them privately and revise them before recording.
