EverAfter Legacy

Consent, access and retention — explained plainly

Participants should understand what is being recorded, the intended purpose, editing choices, recipients and storage arrangements before recording begins. Consent records are retained in the administration system.

Retention and release

Retention periods are configurable and should reflect legal obligations and customer instructions. Future delivery to nominated recipients requires identity and authority checks, supporting evidence where relevant, and explicit staff approval. Unverified death claims never trigger automatic release.

Publication review: This starter policy must be customised for the operating business and reviewed by a qualified Australian professional before launch.
