Prestige North Coast Realty was founded in Grafton with a simple belief: regional property deserves metropolitan-standard marketing and genuinely local advice. From our base on Prince Street we serve the Clarence Valley and the wider Northern Rivers — from Yamba's beaches to the Richmond Valley's grazing country. We deliberately keep our portfolio selective. Every property we list receives editorial-standard photography, considered copywriting and a campaign strategy built around the property, not a template.

Auction is at the heart of what we do. Our principal Emma Hartley is a licensed auctioneer, and we run structured, transparent auction campaigns across the region — on-site, in-rooms and, where appropriate, with online attendance. For unique, tightly held or prestige property, auction remains the fairest way to let the market speak.

We work across Grafton, Yamba, Maclean, Coffs Harbour, Lismore, Casino and the communities between. Each of our agents specialises in the areas they know best — because advice is only worth giving when it comes from first-hand knowledge.
